Hmm what do I write in a blog...itīs a kind of diary..right?

Currently iīm "working" as a 3d-modeler in Autocad in a project that hopefully will become some sort of virtual reality world in the end were people can move around in Malmo, Sweden in the end of 17th Century.
This means that you should be able to interact with some people, things and environment.
I have done some concept-drawings showing some of the environment and such, which I was assigned to do. Some of them is shown in my portfolio. It was fun to do that, as I learned new things from it.
Right now iīm modeling houses that will be a part of this project. I am newbie on 3D and itīs not my main interest...but itīs a good experience I think. Itīs important to try different areas in art and CG. The url is http://www.malmo1692.nu/ if you want to check it out.

I have some discipline issues to conquer at the moment, as I tend to get veeeery tired after modeling all day in such a high tech-non creative app as dear old Autocad...but but I have to focus on my goals and work work work.

Right now iīm working with some sort of a Victorian woman in Painter (mainly) and Photoshop, and I am focusing a lot of effort on her. I am learning a lot of the anatomy and color-using through this, so I guess it will take some time...or not. It depends how much I spend on detail.

Becoming a member is a good start and I am happy about it :-D
